First time going there was yesterday. It was a good experience. The food is VERY expensive airport prices. And it tastes ok… I received an amazing full body scrub and according to them I am supposed to receive a free admission next time, but they never gave me a coupon for it or notified me on how to let them know. Of course no one answers to remedy this problem. Hoping it won’t be an issue when I return as I do have my receipt.
Nice concept but not a big fan of the nudity. Only area you wear the somewhat assigned uniform is ion the sauna/meditation/food & movie area. You are required to disrobe and take a shower once you enter the locker room. No stalls/no privacy & you can’t bring your own towel/shower shoes. Body scrub is done side by side with other naked people & can’t wear a bathing suit in the jacuzzi. Bathing suit option would be nice and some privacy for those who want it. However, this is the culture and a lot of people love it. For me it is a one and done. Experience ✔️
We took advantage of the Groupon discount, but upon arrival we found out that for those who stay overnight, you need to pay an extra $20. We didn't expect this. I didn't like that you had to be completely naked to enter the pool area. And to take a shower, you have to go to the pool area. The food was delicious but VERY expensive. Everywhere was pretty clean. The towels were very small, like for children. We liked all the saunas. The staff were not rude, but not very friendly either.
