MassageLuXe

MassageLuXe is a business that offers high-quality massage, facial, and waxing services. Their licensed massage therapists and estheticians are dedicated to helping clients find relief from chronic pain and skin conditions in a relaxing environment. MassageLuXe promotes health and wellness for the body and mind through their services.

Each therapist at this Naperville location pays close attention to detail to ensure that clients leave feeling wonderful. The staff is known for their friendliness and helpfulness, always ready to assist with questions about hours or appointments. Clients appreciate the attentive service, especially from estheticians like Jada, who is highly recommended for her facial treatments. She takes the time to explain the process and creates targeted skincare regimens, helping with issues such as acne and hyperpigmentation. Grace, a massage therapist, is praised for her back pain relief techniques, adjusting pressure to meet individual needs.

MassageLuXe offers a membership that provides access to any location and the use of waterbed massages at any time. They also send weekly emails with appointment availability. However, some clients have noted that the locations can be far apart from each other, which might be inconvenient.

Recent reviews highlight that each therapist pays close attention to detail, ensuring clients leave feeling wonderful. One customer shared their experience with a membership, appreciating the overall pleasant service but mentioning that the level of service declined in the past year, leading to an unfortunate billing issue due to miscommunication about cancellation procedures. Some clients feel the service may not be worth the price if they are seeking relief from body pain, as the massage may be more suitable for relaxation rather than pain management.

Overall, MassageLuXe provides high-quality massage and facial treatments with friendly staff dedicated to helping clients find relief and promote wellness.
