“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. She invited us back and when we returned for our massages, both the massage therapists did a great job. Both Savannah and Haley greeted us, had a good understanding of what we needed, and were very nice and professional. Savannah was my therapist and she was very attentive to the areas of my back that needed to be loosened up. Haley did a great job for my husband’s massage too. Lisa was at the front desk afterwards to check on us and make sure we had a good experience. The front desk staff were wonderful too. They obviously care about what they do and value their customers. “This place has been around for a long time in Naperville for good reason. Liana was great, love my haircut and my hair color. She didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products I didn’t need, but she did give me simple advice that changed my hair drastically in a great way.
The salon is clean and comfortable with reasonable prices. I highly recommend coming here.“

“This was a hidden gem for facials not far from home! Danielle (the owner and aesthetician) is very nice and informative. It was nice that the basic facial here can be customized for different skin types such as sensitive skin. She used products from Hale & Hush and Skin Script which were all agreeable to my skin, and gave me some samples to use at home. The treatment room was very peaceful, with an Aurora borealis projector throwing soft waves of color across the ceiling, but it was also decorated for Halloween, since it's October, which was fun! Overall, excellent skincare at an affordable price. I'll be back.“

“I walked in tense and left loose, which means nothing in the grand scheme of things, but for 60 minutes it was the closest thing to peace I’ve found. The lobby was quiet — genuinely, mercifully quiet — the kind of silence that doesn’t ask anything of you.

Lailah and Breanne at the front desk were warm and professional. They greeted me like I mattered, which, again, is a temporary illusion we all agree to maintain, but they committed to the bit completely and I respected it.

Stasi is exceptional. Her hands found every knot my body has been quietly hoarding for years and dismantled them one by one. The tension I carry — the tension we all carry, for reasons that compound daily and resolve never — melted. For a brief window I was just a person on a table, unbothered, which is honestly the dream.

The atmosphere is carefully, thoughtfully calm. Soft lighting. Low noise. A space designed to make you forget, temporarily, the full weight of existing. It works.

Will I be back? Yes. Will it fix anything permanently? That’s a question for someone with more optimism than me. But Stasi, Lailah, Breanne, and the team at Hand & Stone made the time I spent there the best part of my week.
