“We cannot praise Cappetta’s West Suburban Funeral House enough for their help with our mother’s funeral. Both Tony and Anthony were kind and helpful. During the pre-planning step in January, Tony provided all the information we needed and answered all our questions without being intrusive. He even helped us with life insurance policy phone calls. When Mom passed away in May, they guided us through last minute planning and made a difficult time much easier. The communication with the cemetery was also seamless.

The setup at the Downers Grove facility is excellent. The chapel is on one side of the building and only a single family is hosted. We mourned our mother privately and the short service was lovely. The minister recommended by Tony had a long talk with the family and his remarks were as if he really knew our mother personally. The flowers ordered through the funeral home were absolutely gorgeous.

Across the hall is a ‘rest’ or ‘cafe’ area where we were able to take a break when needed to and just visit with our friends and family. We had a catered lunch set up through Cappettas. The sandwiches, crudite, and dessert were excellent.“
