They held a beautiful service for my mother. Shelly did a professional and prompt job coordinating everything over the phone. From beginning to end, Beidelman-Kunsch took care of everything in a graceful and timely manner. They even offered refreshments which the service goers enjoyed. The cosmetology process was extremely well done and impressive. Gorgeous flower arrangement and prayer cards. 5/5 would highly recommend them.
They were very accommodating and understanding with the situation we were going at the time of a family members passing. They made the entire process easy for me during this very difficult time especially during the holidays. I would not hesitate in going back to them again and highly recommend their services.
At a most difficult and challenging time for our family, Biedelman-Kunsch provided excellent service, compassionate care, and plenty of no-pressure options for us. They were patient and helpful, answering our questions and following our lead. We never felt pushed into any decision. Everything was handled beautifully from the time we walked in the door, and we are incredibly grateful to Phil and other staff members we worked with for their kindness and excellent service.
