My comforter is bright white and fresh again, and with a pretty quick turn around… except for the dark spots that didn’t come out. I was very pleased that the filling was in place and not bunched up like it would be if I washed it. The service person was friendly, proficient; and helpful. My only other issue was there were a few dark hairs on the comforter, likely from when the person packed it in the bag. I feel like this needs treated again, those stains were small and should have easily come out. I paid $42 for the service that wasn’t completed.

Previously called to get information about comforter price, was quoted a discounted price for first time customer but when dropped off was told that discount did not apply. No big deal for me, perhaps that employee was new (no need to raise a stink like other reviews). Received my comforter clean and perfect without any issue or defects. Can't complain when I can't wash it myself! Thank you to Tide and employees ??

Very friendly and polite staff who meet me at my car in the drive-thru lanes. I get notified by email/text when cleaning is ready - always as promised and often beforehand. Dress shirts are laundered and pressed well, and although I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning, what I have had has also been done well.
