“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. “Recently got married and wanted to preserve my wife’s wedding dress. Wanted to keep it local to avoid the dress being lost in the mail. Using google maps, we found the Chicago Wedding Dress Cleaners and we are very satisfied with everything. Not only did they come pick up the dress/ veil, they also dropped it off when it was complete. It took about two moths overall, but we were never stressed. They send us over 25 photos after the dress had been cleaned and before they sealed it in the box waiting for our approval. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Would highly recommend them if you are on the fence.“

I really like the way my clothes look and feel when cleaned here - no smell, nice to the touch, not harshly and heavily pressed in the way that wears out your shirts. I buy quality clothes, dress sharp most days, and am a stickler for details. It may not be the cheapest, but it's environmentally friendly and your fine clothes will be treated gently and come out looking great. I like the location so I haven't felt the need to go elsewhere.“
