They don’t clean suede boots. They can’t repair zippers. And the man who owns the place was terribly rude on 2 different occasions. Thankfully the cleaners by Jewel does these things and they are very nice!

I used them via partnership with the Uncommon Closet who did my alterations. They messed up the pleating on my wedding dress, has exposed pits where pleats were, exposed threading and loops of thread. The first photo is what the dress looked like originally on both sides, and the marked photo is the messed up side with the worst issues highlighted.
