No one plans your loved one to pass away so when it does, where do you go? Especially if it’s unexpected? We had no clue what to do but we found this place and we weren’t sorry for it! From the first contact we made up until the last everything went incredibly smooth but not just that! It was the care and compassion my family and I received! We felt seen! And we felt our loved one was seen also which was most important! My father-in-law was one of my favorite people and best friend but i think there’s so many that can say he was their best friend too! A huge thank you to Jeff and everyone at Macauley Sullivan. Jeff could not have made things easier for us when my husband passed on. He’s an absolute professional and has such a genuinely kind & caring disposition. He helped make everything perfect to conduct my husband’s pooja (religious service) there and accommodated every one of our wishes. The funeral parlor was lovely and nicely set up/equipped. My husband looked great thanks to Jeff. I just can’t say enough good things about all the folks at Macauley-Sullivan. And I thought the compensation for their expert services was quite reasonable. I would gladly recommend them to everyone.
