We were so lucky to have as our optical tech Katie to guide us through the selection process and then the insurance details at payment time To say that Katie was thorough, conscientious, professional, and kind, would be very true understating how truly fabulous she was with us. She was wonderful very easy to work with very patient and very understanding of not only the product but the process to get our new frames ordered. Thank you Gailey as always for not only for a tremendous optometrist in the form of Dr. Sobin, but also the tremendous Front office crew and supporting technicians that get us ready to see him. “The only problem I have is the glasses become very scratched within months of getting them, following their guide line of cleaning. They are very friendly , courteous and helpful.“

“I’ve been to eye dr before, but this is the first time I knew I would need to wear glasses. Everyone was nice and patient with me, as I know I wasn’t an easy patient lol. The dr took a lot of time with me because I was worried about getting the wrong prescription (as I had wrong prescription elsewhere).for the first time leaving a eye dr, I was confident I would get the correct prescription. The only downside was even though I had an appointment I had to wait a long time, but it was worth the wait, that’s why I’m still giving a 5*“
