I never usually write reviews, but I wanted to since I had such a good experience here. I had to find a new clinic since my original optometrist retired. The girl who did my exam was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I always specifically struggle whenever I have to get my eye pressure taken, and she walked me through the steps very patiently and respected me. It is hard to find people in healthcare that are like her and I appreciate it so much!! I don't recall her name, but I know she had heart shaped glasses and purple hair! Overall, everyone here was great. Highly recommend.
My wife and I needed new frames to go along with the new prescription we recently were issued by Dr. Sobin. We were so lucky to have as our optical tech Katie to guide us through the selection process and then the insurance details at payment time To say that Katie was thorough, conscientious, professional, and kind, would be very true understating how truly fabulous she was with us. She was wonderful very easy to work with very patient and very understanding of not only the product but the process to get our new frames ordered.
