“We LOVE Dr. B! (Balgemann). We have been going to him for many years. He is very kind and you feel so relaxed with his eye exam. He doesn't rush you and makes sure you are pleased with your exam/prescription. I am due up next month for exam and lenses, etc. He is the only one I will have as an optometrist. My husband tried him once and has been going to him ever since. Try him. He's the best! (He's also great with children and the elderly).“

“My first visit was a great experience. They didn't rush me over the phone and patiently listened to my situation and answered my questions. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. The eye exams were thorough and the offices were clean/organized. The doctor took their time in assessing my eye condition with multiple tests (one of which I had personally never seen before in any other clinic). They did not try to over charge me with unnecessary exams or prescriptions, as they suggested I can keep my current glasses (although they could sell me a new pair). The Doctor patiently explained what is going on with my eye and were clear about instructions. Overall 10/10.“
