They tried telling me it would take about a month to get chem clips I call BS..the manager told me they don't like to I sell them, I have had the worse experience with them, it's been one thing after another, when waiting for chem clip to come in lenses get scratched at the lab, then they came without the chem clips, then went to pick them up, they had the wrong prescription.BEWARE...
This is the best place I have ever went to for glasses! Dr Ryan was very straight forward and kind. Even with Medicare I still got more choices of frames than anywhere I have ever been. Around 100 I believe and Brooke was very helpful and kind when I was waiting for my husband and trying on frames. I went the 19th and got a text that they were ready the 23rd! So fast! I'm very impressed!
I must say that of all the places Ive visited to recieve eye care and glasses, this place is above bar for quality service. From the reception desk, to the Dr, to the eye tech helping pick out frames all around the best service. Highly recomend!
