“This office is efficiently operated. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Appointments are efficiently scheduled, I have never had an unreasonable wait. This is true even when they worked me in on Christmas Eve to address an issue that concerned me. My only wait in that case was for the drops to work. The staff and doctors do an excellent job in explaining the medical issue at hand.
The office is nicely appointed and comfortable.“

“Springfield location. Mara was fantastic with the technical stuff before I saw the doctor. Listened to all of my concerns and explained things so I understood. She put me at ease. Dr. Oberreiter is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the big picture. In this season of life, my eyes have been impacted by lack of sleep and general overall health. Dr. Oberreiter took time to explain things for the future and how I can help myself now. Everyone in the office handles themselves politely and professionally. Very good experience for myself and our young adult children!“

“So many reasons I will be back! 1. They will schedule all of my families appointments back to back(last place refused to do this so I found premier). 2. Today I went in for my daughter's re-check and I showed up on the wrong day (sorry) but they squeezed us in. 3. My daughter (8) was a bit difficult (2nd day back to school and transitions are very difficult for her as well as having to socialize all day) but the Dr was amazing with her. 4. When it came time to wait for one of the office staff to finish up with another customer they had coloring pages, crayons, and stickers at the ready for my 3 kids. 5. At our last appointment we all had eye exams including my nonverbal 4 year old. The tech and doctor were both patient and we were able to work together to find unique ways to test his vision! 6.
