Lively environment that supports the needs of all ages- from the sports athlete, folks that hold down physical demanding jobs, to the mom’letes (see what I did there-that’s me!). Josh was fantastic at meeting me where I was at each session both mentally and physically- encouraging, challenging, and supportive when I wasn’t meeting the finish line goal I set in my head. I went from not being able to lift up my leg to running sprints and using the squat racks at the end. I’ll be coming back for some personal training to keep pushing forward with my fitness goals soon too. I am grateful Method was recommended to me and will continue to recommend Method to anyone that needs to meet goals - both for injuries and overall health and fitness!”

“Great Massage!Boris does not use conventional deep tissue techniques. Rather he pinpoints acupressure points and muscle trigger points and attachments. His work is not sweet and soothing, but he really knows what he’s doing and I ALWAYS feel better. My wife was a really good massage therapist who retired many years ago. I have utmost respect for her work- and also for Boris’ work!”
