The gentleman that answered the phone said someone would be out between 11 and 1 and promptly at 11:00 John was at our door. I showed him the location of the soil pipe in the basement and he determined the easiest way was to remove the toilet on the first floor.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price too.

Over the busy Easter holiday, we experienced a major plumbing stoppage. Our first call was to a larger named plumbjng company, but unfortunately, their technician seemed inexperienced. After running a cable through the toilet drain with no success, he continued suggesting more work without any clear resolution—only driving up the bill.

Frustrated, we sought a second opinion and were referred to Walsh Services Inc. From the moment we spoke to dispatch, the experience was completely different—courteous, prompt, and professional. Jim and Mark arrived quickly, assessed the problem right away, and had the issue resolved within just 45 minutes.

Not only were they efficient, but they were also respectful of our home, taking great care to keep our newly remodeled bathrooms spotless as they worked. To top it off, the cost was only a third of what the large named plumbing company charged—and Walsh actually fixed the problem.
