I’ve been using them for years and after my air-conditioning went out last night I knew to call them. 10:30 pm I had a gas leak. I called the non emergent fire dept. They came and said call emergency Nicor. Nicor shut off my gas. Told me it needed to be fixed b4 they can turn it back on. It’s late, it’s 10deg, I need heat! I call King, they were here in 30 minutes, fixed the leak, replaced old piping and added a shutoff valve. The guy that came was very pleasant & knowledgeable. King went above & beyond to get get it right.
