One of our company vehicles broke down 60 miles from our warehouse. I was tasked with finding a mechanic to fix it. Naturally, I started with a Google search. Another shop was closer geographically so I called them. No one answered. JTM was the next closest shop and had a stellar Google rating. Junior answered the phone, gave me a recommendation for a tow company, who also provided 5 star service, and promised to do his best to look at the van that day or the next. He communicated every step of the way, from the van arriving at his shop after hours, to an update on the repairs and requesting permission to take the next step, to the detailed explanation of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was also very concerned about how our tech would pick up the van, making sure it was safe but still accessible. The rate was reasonable. Junior was polite, caring and concerned. We could not have asked for better service, especially given the situation.
I really appreciate everything you all did. The Doctor and her staff was so calm. They greet you when you enter inside. Pearle Vision in Midlothian is a great place for your eye care. If you ever want to see an eyes doctor come to pearly vision Dr. Macias will take great care at your eyes and their glasses are beautiful too.? ?
I called Durable Roofing Company to get a roof inspection. The young lady that answered the phone took all my information down and told me that someone will call me within 30min to schedule an appointment to come out to my house. I did receive that call and Durable Roofing Company came out and did the inspection and found some repairs. The young man Jaime and Jorge fixed my repair the same day. Mittal did my eyebrows and they went from bushy to well defined and still looking full!!!
She also did a lip wax on my abd and my skin feels amazing!
They did a great job repaired everything ( my roof was a mess) cleaned up my drive was cleanerr than when they got there never found any stray nails awsome job

I have been going to Ashley at the Hair Closet for YEARS! I love everything about my experience. I love the quality of the hair that I purchase with my services! I have been able to reuse my bundles multiple times. I also appreciate the privacy and VIP experience I receive. Ashley never disappoints when it comes to me getting the look I desire! Had a botched job from another HVAC company. Decided to call Calumet. Paul arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace. Within an hour my hot surface igniter was replaced and my furnace was up and running! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thanks Paul!
Hired this company to replace our sump pump. Rich came by was honest that I didn’t NEED to replace the pump which we appreciated his honesty however my husband & I didn’t want to worry about water coming in. He explained the different options available to us without pushing us towards the most expensive item. Extremely great service, the price was reasonable & Rich was phenomenal! Rich will be my guy to call for all our plumbing needs in the future!

BRING YOUR FURBABIES HERE!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank the doctors enough. My baby found a mouse poison block. I was frantic. I called my regular vet and they could not get us in...which did not sit well with me. They actually told me to bring my dog to premier... That was not an option to me.
I called Midlothian Animal Hospital and not only did they tell me what to do over the phone, but said I can bring my baby right now.
No computers, no ridiculous tests, no calling animal control, just a straight treatment and a lot of reassurance!!!!!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Mini Spatique! First, I want to highlight how professional she was. In the past, I’ve been told at other salons that waxing would be harder because of my curvy shape, but she explained that nobody should be saying that and reassured me that I’m beautiful in my own size. That was so refreshing to hear.
The session was incredibly quick—less than 10 minutes—and I barely felt any pain. She even let me check in the mirror before leaving, which made me feel like she genuinely cares. Unlike other places where hair and products are often missed, she took her time to make sure everything was perfect.
I also loved her personality! As a mom who needs flexible hours, she was accommodating for me as a new client, and now I know I’ve found my forever salon. She even recommended her products, and I’m excited to try the coffee scrub I purchased.

Amazing! The scents alone are incredible; Syn did a great job with the pedicure. My gel polish was applied neatly. She really got those heals soft. I also purchased the body scrub that was used. I highly recommend Isabella Hair Studio; Ely was very detailed and patient. She took her time and did a really fabulous job. She washed my hair, cut it, blow-dried it, straightened it, and then made some adjustments that I asked for. I felt bad asking for the adjustments, but she didn't seem bothered in the least. My husband and I experienced a devistaing house fire in July of 2023. Seeing your house on fire and having the police, medical professionals, fire department and insurance company trying to ask you questions was all very overwhelming. A few companies arrived that work with victims of fire arrived to offer their services, but one Company that helped a family friend talked with my husband and that is how we started with Nationland. From the moment we signed it was like we could breathe and focus on our well-being because from that moment they arranged for everything. They worked with my husband and I and our wishes while coordinating with the insurance company and mortgage company. We are back in our home and we love it.

Love this place I was there trying to get my first oil change on my new escape they told me I had to wait for the oil change until I reached 10,000 miles I was only at 9 thousand but what do I know I could have gotten and paid for I just trade in the escape they guide me in the right direction very honest that's hard to find now at days ..thank you ..
Proctor was very nice and helpful. There are lockers for your belongings, you keep the key during the test, so no need to worry about your car keys or phone. I had an issue during my exam with the software and it was resolved quickly. Just read the rules/handbook for your test to know what to expect before coming in!
I haven’t cut my hair from a real barber/stylist in years, but they did it so well especially with the picture I showed them and they were so nice and everything was clean and super friendly, They even recommend you with you’re hairstyle that you have chosen! Come on Sundays they all are great.
Michael did my nails and was so professional. He got me right in and started immediately. He did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond with the design. The price was great too. I will definitely be back to see him!
