We had billy as our plumber and couldn’t be more satisfied. He was on time both visits, and when he and miguel opened the new toilet and found the tank was damaged, they handled it right away and set up a return visit for the next day. billy arrived at a time that worked well for us and completed the toilet installation quickly and smoothly. The new toilet is level, solid, and no longer wobbles like the old one did for years. he made sure everything was even, secure, and working properly before leaving. We live in an older historic home, and Jaden & Sons Plumbing is the only plumbing company we call. Miguel knows the house well and has a lot of experience with older plumbing systems, which really helps when working on aging pipes, fixtures, and drain lines. He listens to what you want, explains the plumbing work clearly, and works with you to find the best fix. One time, he repaired a sink leak, and when another issue showed up on the other side, he came back right away and took care of it. After that, everything worked properly with no more problems. We also have a very old clawfoot tub with an outdated faucet, and he replaced the whole fixture smoothly. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the plumbing work was excellent. We’re very happy to have someone dependable to count on for any plumbing repair or fixture replacement.
Great job from start to finish. I called early on a Saturday morning about water leaking around the base of our toilet, and a plumber arrived at our home within just a few hours. From the first phone call to the service visit, the whole plumbing service was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The technician carefully checked the toilet leak, explained what was going on, and completed the repair the same day. Afterward, I thought there might still be water around the bottom of the toilet, so I called back with a concern.
