“When you lose someone it's never easy, especially when that someone is your own mother. We went into this never having planned a funeral. We were feeling the worst heartbreak you can imagine. I originally called in and spoke with Courtney who was great. She listened to all of my wishes and was very easy to work with. Then once we went in, we had Allie help us get everything arranged. Let me tell you, Allie is AMAZING! She was so understanding, gave us great insight to the whole process, and even answered all of my weird questions without skipping a beat. We are so grateful that we went with Colonial to help assist putting our mother to rest. You ladies did such an awesome job! The turn out was beautiful. Everything went very smooth. Allie was extremely accommodating when it came to all of our requests. I cannot recommend her enough. When it was all completed, I felt like Allie became a part of our family. I even tried to invite her to our next family Christmas (haha)! I just wanted to say thank you so much for being here through this very difficult time for our family. You were great! <3”
