When you lose someone it's never easy, especially when that someone is your own mother. We went into this never having planned a funeral. We were feeling the worst heartbreak you can imagine. I originally called in and spoke with Courtney who was great. She listened to all of my wishes and was very easy to work with. Then once we went in, we had Allie help us get everything arranged. Our experience with Colonial was top-tier from the moment we reached out. After the sudden unexpected passing of my father, my brothers and I scrambled to figure out arrangements and Colonial was with us every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop or that we couldn’t reach out.
