From our first meeting with the staff at Querhammer and Flagg to make prearrangements, including transportation, to the current day, everything done has been transparent, professional, thoughtful and caring. They worked with us seamlessly throughout. I believe they will do the same for everyone who comes under their care.
My family and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff really made the difference! My family have been long time residents of Crystal Lake. My grandfather even rode with Al back in the old days when family would require his services. 20 years ago the team was different who handled my father's services, but even then, they were second to none! The compassion, love, tenderness and comfort Querhammer &Flagg gave to my family will not soon be forgotten. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!
My sister passed away recently and all of the arrangements were handled by Querhammer and Flagg. From start to finish the service and attention were first rate. Special thanks to Abby, Wyatt and Ally who went out of their way to ensure every detail was attended to throughout the process. Highly recommend, these folks truly care about the families they meet during very difficult times!
