Our furnace went out when it was -7! Zachary was able to come out and fix it that same morning we called. Fast, friendly services and the price was fair. Will definitely call him when I need any future HVAC help.
Showed up on time for the appointment. Was very polite and helpful. He actually explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced with an HVAC company.
I can not express how happy I am with this company. My furnace kept shorting fuses and they came out right away at midnight! They got here in 30 min. Not only were they amazing in price, the technician knew what he was doing, explained everything to me, fixed the problem, even double checked another possible issue, found another issue that will be covered by warranty, and will reach out to the manufacturer for the part with the warranty, so I don't need to do anything further. I feel like any other company would've been like: it's fixed, we're done. I have electric heating and a heat pump.
