I've been using this company for 5 years. every time I've needed propane I was made to wait at least a day before they could come out. the last time I got 250 gal of gas in my 500gal tank my percent went from 25 to 70. and now that I ran my tank dry they force me to pay 100 dollars to spray 5 cents worth of soapy water on my pipes. I have a background in HVAC. I have installed miles of gas pipe in residential and commercial properties. adding insult to injury. I also found out they are not part of the BBB, big red flag. Jason was at our home yesterday morning and fixed our air conditioner and it is now working great! We called after hrs. the night before when it started making a horrible noise and he returned our call immediately. Thank you so much Jason! We will definitely recommend your service to everyone!

Brefeld have been our residential propane supplier for over 15 years and during that time Jerry and his team have helped us out on several other plumbing and HVAC related jobs. Most recently they replaced our 20+ year old furnace and AC condenser with new energy efficient units just before the summer heat kicks in. His pricing was highly competitive, he was happy to answer every one of the questions I had and he got us on the books in under a week. The entire process was completed in half a day, and the new units are functioning perfectly.
