“My Father started getting hospice care in September of 2023. OSF hospice were the only ones that communicated with me on the severity of my Dads condition. It was a slap in the face since none of the Doctors visits prepared me. I am not religious at all and neither was my Dad. I was worried how things would be approached since OSF is a religious hospital. They were ALL amazing. They were upfront and real with us. So caring and personal. They asked what we wanted from the care, and carried it out. I cannot say enough great things about them. Very thankful for all the staff“

“I had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. My mom had fallen, had surgery, PT, etc, then was diagnosed with terminal cancer. There was a lot going on, but a friend recommended Senior Helpers for me to get a break and handle some work issues. They came a couple of times a week, sat with mom, they watched Jeopoardy together, had some nice talks, and it certainly helped my family. It was a great experience and if I have occasion to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate! Great job!

“Once I was directed to Apria the whole process went quickly. The representative that I talked to on the phone was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The sleep machine showed up at my home much faster that I was expecting (about a week). The equipment has bee easy to figure out with lots of written instruction in pamphlets and on line. My first night was a bit frustrating because I didn't have the right nose piece but the 2nd night I felt very comfortable and slept 8 hours with it on. Very happy with this new health device!“

“I have worked for addus probably about a little over 2 years now.. They have always been nice and respectful to me. Although they get busy and don't answer the phone or don't get back to you right away!! (they will get back.) people we need to realize this is a health care establishment. they're very busy, do understand I know about health care I've been in over 30 years now. We need to have patience with the staff and also we need to have patients with our clients because they're old and they're disabled and some are very irritated... I would recommend addicts to anyone that needed a job and that loves taking care of other people. I know we all get frustrated but we need to work together people. In Jesus name amen ? .
