I had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. My mom had fallen, had surgery, PT, etc, then was diagnosed with terminal cancer. There was a lot going on, but a friend recommended Senior Helpers for me to get a break and handle some work issues. They came a couple of times a week, sat with mom, they watched Jeopoardy together, had some nice talks, and it certainly helped my family. It was a great experience and if I have occasion to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate! Great job!

E is wise, caring, and professional. She knows how to help and is strong enough that there is no need to worry. She comes prepared to help with ADLs, and she brings suggestions about how to stay safe and how to build a good and satisfying life with abilities you still have. Those are my words, not hers. She just goes to it. “Look, this is how you can do the laundry.” “Come here and see if you can put dishes in the dishwasher,” is how she says it. Caregivers are hard-working & follow instructions very well. In-office staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Policies are more flexible than some other agencies we've used before. I LOVE Senior Helpers!
