He was very informative and knew exactly what type of animal we were dealing with just from my description of the noises and after scoping out the attic. He set up three traps, and the squirrel was safely trapped and relocated that same evening. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. “Reached out to EcoGuard around September '21 for a rodent problem. They called immediately to schedule an estimate. The service was done on the same day of the estimate, which was convenient. Reece politely answered all of my questions before proceeding with the service.There were a few dead mice within the first week after the bait stations were set up (as expected while the mice poison worked its magic), and the last dead rodent I came across was at around the 1-month follow-up (sort of a lone fluke as I had no dead mice turn up during weeks 2-3). No mice since. I did opt for the quarterly bait station refill. I am satisfied with the results so far and am curious to see what happens once the warmer weather rolls around.I have never used pest control services before this, so I can't really attest to whether the service was expensive or not, comparatively speaking. But I know the difference between effective service and hearing little mice scratches on your walls in the middle of the night, so I'll happily pay for that peace of mind.They offered a discount for the initial service if I posted an honest review on Google. Even though it's been a few months without a review, they still honored the discount. I wanted to wait a little to see how everything was going before posting my review.They also offered a discount for the bait station refills since it's a continuing service for my household. “Bigfoot Pest Control has saved me many times at many homes. We started at our condo in a high rise by the lake 10 years ago. He helped me battle roaches that kept coming from a messy neighbor.
