“European Wax Center has been a great experience for me. I’ve never had a bad waxer. However, I go to this location because of KATRINA. She’s my favorite waxer. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and every time they’ve needed to move me to another specialist, I say “Nope, I’ll wait until she’s back.” She’s professional, quick, funny, and extremely down to earth. Waxes can be painful - full stop - but I know she knows what she’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable. If she ever leaves EWC, then I’ll go where she goes.“
