Marty is the best! I’ve been seeing her for my services for a long time now and she always does a great job! Highly recommend her and this place is so convenient for me, right inside Macys on State Street.
However, I had an appointment today, July 1, 2026, and when I get there, no one is available. I didn't get a call/ text letting me about a cancellation or rescheduling. A MAC employee did tell me that Marty had an emergency and has been out for the past few days. If Marty can't contact me, I would appreciate it if someone else would! This is the 2nd time this happens to me that I show up for my service and no one is available.
Reyes at the Benefit BrowBar inside Macy’s was the best first person to touch my brows in Chicago. He took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and shaped them so well! If you’re looking for someone to trust with your brows in Chicago, I’d absolutely recommend Reyes at this location.
I’ve had my brows done nearly everywhere, but I’ve never loved them more than when they’re done by Marty! I swear she is a wizard and now I’d never let anyone else thread them.
