My girl Tay was the best she literally explained the whole process to me since I was a new customer there and talked to me the entire time which was great because it kept my mind off the pain while she was waxing me. I will be returning solely because of her!
I've never done sugar wax before and have only previously ever done hard wax once so I'm kind of a wax novice but Tay took INCREDIBLE care of me. she perfectly toes the line between being professional & friendly in a way that made me feel immediately comfortable. I could tell she was very knowledgeable & she explained the process in more detail and covered the differences between a hard wax and a sugar wax. She provided recommendations without pushing any products which I really appreciate as well. The shop is super cute and clean. Most importantly the service is always wonderful from whoever greets you at the door to the amazing Jay! I met Jay at the Bucktown location and followed her to the south loop. She’s that good!
