Afterucj research I to the differences between lasers that most places use and the ones here,seems to be huge. There is virtually zero pain(slight pinch). The esthetician was finishing with a client and was perfectly on time for my appointment down to the minute?. I hadn't had a Brazilian wax since pre-covid and I was nervous but Chanara's conversation was sooo intriguing that it took my mind off of what was actually going on?. It was like I was at my therapist and waxer at the same time. She is very professional! No hairs left behind and it didn't really hurt and I was on time for work. “Very friendly staff! The office is super cute and clean and all the gals there were so sweet and talkative. I only took a star away because I got dao Botox, which I have gotten before successfully from other locations, and I did not experience or feel any numbness at all and saw no difference in the treated area, which was disappointing. It was especially strange to not feel ANYTHING different, haha. Maybe it was a bad batch? They also didn’t accept my alle coupon because they said I had to spend more for the coupon to be effective. I ended up calling alle customer support so I could know what the amount was so I don’t face this issue again, and they said it can be accepted for any price of service. So that was disappointing to, but maybe individual practices can make their own rules about that. I probably won’t go back here for those two reasons. But otherwise, the workers are so lovely and seem knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. No bad feelings at all!“
