Found that my hot water heater had a warranty for the part that was needed and called it in. When the part was delivered they came back same day and installed it. “Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

Didn't arrive til after 11:15, with no call to me about the delay. I ended up texting and calling Mike. All in all, issue resolved & I'm satisfied.

Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained.
