“Dr. Joy Goffron-Kluge and Karen were very professional, kind, and thorough. I threw my glasses away by mistake, and was way overdue for an exam. When it comes to eyes, I am complicated. I have a couple interesting things going on with my eyes, so I assume that I’m probably not the easiest of patients, when comes down to determining exactly what prescription is needed or best. It was clear to me, that Dr. Joy is amazing at what she does! She took her time with my exam, and in doing so, I’m confident she found the best prescription to fit my specific needs. She was also able to find, and send me home with some contacts that same day. I was very grateful to, have something to wear until my new glasses and contacts arrived! Karen was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage, and helped me pick out frames. She encouraged me to try on so many pairs- that was very nice. My new contacts were mailed directly to my home, and I received them within only 2 days. I couldn’t believe how fast they came! What a surprise! Overall, I had an exceptionally pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Joy Goffron-Kluge and her team. Thank you!“

“My husband and I are in the area of Lake Zurich for a few months. My husband was having difficulties seeing and we made an appointment with Dr. Blechacz. Dr. Blechacz was professional and provided a thorough exam with very updated equipment. He spent much time and my husband did not feel rushed. He helped him pick out the best frame and lens to meet his personal needs. He immediately called us when the glasses came in and scheduled a follow-up exam in a timely manner. During the followup exam, he fitted the glasses and tested him to ensure the Rx was correct. In today's medical field, we often feel rushed and exams are impersonal, which was certainly not the case with Dr. Mike. My husband and I give him 5 stars!!“

At first I didn't really love how you have to do an appointment for everything including just looking around at glasses, but now I understand it is more so they can guide you through options and make sure anything tried on is sanitized. They are very patient even when you are trying on a lot and being indecisive. It ends up feeling more of a consultative experience that way. Dr. Delgadillo is my doctor and she is wonderful, warm, and has great suggestions. They have a really large variety of glasses, sunglasses, and brands and the place is nice and clean.“
