The doctor was very personable and friendly, she explained a lot to me and what she was doing and why. I had a previous doctor at another place not explain to me why I needed certain things, and she explained why THEY may of done things that way and just overall was a great experience. My insurance required me to come to certain locations, I hope to continue seeing them in the future! Everyone overall is very helpful and nice, it was a great visit.
The whole experience was wonderful. The doc was so personable amd detailed. Miranda helped me find the perfect pair and explained product offerings easily. I can't wait for my glasses to come in. I'll be able to see so much better! I've already referred 2 friends to this location.
We love Dr. Cindy Cesar! She is the best eye doctor we’ve ever had and we’ve had many over the years. So thank you Dr. Cesar! And the staff at the Crystal Lake location are also very great….knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. This is the best Lens Crafters because of the doctor and her team!
