The staff is wonderful, helpful and welcoming....especially Dr. Wilson! I hadn't been in the office for an exam in quite some time and we picked up right where we left off. Thank you all! I left the office seeing better than ever! So pleased I came back.
I was skeptical going in, as I have had less than desirable experiences at the last couple of optical offices since my insurance forced me to change practices. This office is filled with some great people who got my prescription PERFECT. This was by far one of the best optical experiences I've had - from the exam to the selection of frames to the quick response time. 5⭐️ all the way!
I was pleased to find Dr Wilson at the Lakemoor location. She gives full attention to your needs and questions. The entire team there was very nice. The frame selection they have is wonderful. They helped ensure that what I chose was a right fit for me and the lenses needed would work good. I'll surely return to them for future care.
