It's always nerve wracking looking for any new provider but Dr. Wilson and the rest of the team got hundreds of great reviews under Shopko, so I made the appointment with them and I'm so glad I did. Cary was amazing, I had so many issues with getting my contacts and glasses ordered with my insurance and different places, she was super helpful and patient and made sure I got the best deal and offered to find any way she could to expedite the process.
I highly recommend this Fielmann's location. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Wilson was wonderful. She took the time to help me truly understand my post-IOL implant options. Bonnie and Kaley helped me select glasses and sunglasses. The company policies are very accommodating and aim to make patients satisfied with services and purchases.
