I called them to have a sink disposal looked at. They sent a technician (Lucas) the same day. Lucas was able to fix the disposal without replacing it. But he took it a step further and quoted me on what a replacement would likely cost when the time comes and recommended the make/model for a replacement. It wasn't a sales pitch; it was just good, honest communication for expectation setting.
I also had Lucas look at a couple of repair and replacement jobs that a different plumbing company had done. He confirmed what I'd suspected: That I had gravely overpaid for that other company's services.
Lucas earned my trust in 15-20 minutes. When I have a plumbing issue in the future, Maximum Plumbing will be my go-to immediately. (I already saved their contact info in my phone.)“
