“Melissa & Tosha were both excellent to work with. They took the time to understand the issue and work with me towards a solution. They were patient, understanding and tailor therapy to individual needs. I am very appreciative of the tools they gave me throughout my therapy and future maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone for any ailment. Great work ladies!“

1401 N Midlothian Rd, Mundelein“I had a good PT experience at Rush. Becky quickly identified my hamstring issue and implemented a treatment strategy that got me quickly back to running. She, Todd, and the other staff were on top of my needs and made my appointment both effective and enjoyable.“
“Todd has gone the extra mile to understand the special needs of my sister who has ALS. As her ALS progresses Todd continues to ensure he provides the appropriate stretches and strengthening exercises to help relieve the stiffness and pain she experiences. A day that she has P.T. with Todd is a good day both physically and mentally.Todd was her therapist many years ago for a shoulder injury. He had such a lasting impact that she sought him out after having P.T with several other therapists after her ALS diagnosis.“
“Was refered to this practice while pregnant and experiencing pelvic pain. Josephine has been AMAZING, and not just in a superficial "nice" way - but the whole staff there has been caring and attentive.Joji has been professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at addressing issues I've been having I didn't even know could be relieved. So grateful to have this practice I'm the area!“

1275 E Belvidere Rd Ste 150, Grayslake“I'm currently doing PT for the 4th time. Three times for tweaked rotator cuff, and once for post op pt for torn biceps tendon. I need to be more careful! They have been awesome each and every time. They're careful if you say something doesn't feel right, and they ensure that I am doing what I'm supposed to be doing, and doing it correctly. Every pt appt I've ever had has started promptly at the scheduled time. They will make you feel cared for, but do remember that much is also up to you. You need to put in the time at home as well as during your sessions. I highly recommend IBJI, and be sure to do what they tell you! You'll be good!“

“I've been having physical therapy off and on for 30 years. Had countless therapists across Lake County. John, Jimmy, Amy, Maddy, Jake, and the rest of the crew are best in industry. If you are considering a PT regiment, stop what you are doing and make an appointment. Congratulations will be in order, as you have just changed your life for the better! Bear Down.... and make it happen.“

“My husband and I have been patients for 10+ years, both generally seeing Chris W. Love her - she never makes you feel judged, listens to you and talks through your options. We have both done well with her. The only other practitioner we've seen is Andrew and those experiences were quite the opposite. My husband came home today after his appointment very upset and feeling like he got blown off - he was trying to open a conversation around a condition he's had since childhood and recently has not been managing well at all. There was no options given to him besides being told he'd just have to deal with it (which is wholly false - there are plenty of treatment options, including non-medicinal options- none of which were recommended). My experience with this practitioner was for him to recommend that I wean myself off of a medication because the dose was so low that "it really can't be doing anything" only to see my symptoms rebound massively. I had to go back on it. So, there seems to be some really stellar practitioners here and then there's some that aren't. I don't recommend Andrew, but highly recommend Chris W.“
“We have utilized multiple services here over the years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.“
