“Im Hypermobile and suffer from a lot of chronic pain. Ive had a few Physical therapists in the past but none have really managed to help me much. They alwase had excersises that were too intense for me to activate the right muscles. However Nichole has helped me a lot over the couple months weve been working together. She know a lot about Hypermobile bodies and all the extra issues that come with HEDS. We started small and have worked up stabilization first so that I can actually build stability before moving on to true strengthening. Ive never been motivated to do my exercises until now.
