“We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings.
