Despite these concerns, LA Fitness continues to be a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts. The gym is described as a suitable, clean facility for the price point, with functional equipment that is not always the most up-to-date. The locker rooms and showers are reported to be very clean, and the pool and hot tub are said to be sanitary. While there may be better clubs in the area, they are often more expensive and potentially more crowded. Customers are advised to bring their own towels, as the gym does not provide them.
I have been able to consistently experience Adrian’s positive energy every time I walk into LA Fitness. He always greets everyone with a smile and says, “Welcome to LA Fitness, where champions are made!” It’s not just a one time thing he brings that same motivation and enthusiasm every single day. His attitude truly creates a welcoming environment and motivates people to push harder. LA Fitness is lucky to have someone like Adrian representing the gym.
I've been coming to this gym on and off since it opened in 2010. I just resigned up with Ryan and he was very helpful. There are lots of machines to use and the gym is clean. The sauna and pool are great to use as well!
One of the best LA Fitness in Chicago for sure. Plenty of very good equipment, excelente layout, indoor basketball court and cycling facilities. Huge pool, very clean. I only have issues with guys entering the sauna with sweaty clothes and sneakers. It causes bad odors and sometimes it gets really disgusting. Just use a towel around your waist if you are timid, it is a men’s sauna. Also I’d loved for them to install a Steamroom, it would really complement this place by a mile.
