“We used Bradley Marshall on two separate occasions.First, for a general roof inspection along with replacing the gutters with a more appropriate size for the potential volume of water that can come off the roof, as well as fixing the roof exhaust fan. During this time, I felt like Brad was the only one being truly honest about whether the roof itself needed any work (it didn't need any work at that time, was still in decent enough condition) and his team did a great job replacing the gutters and fixing the fan. They also made a few custom pieces to better direct the flow of water on the roof away from a specific spot that could spill over and they look great.The second time I contracted Brad was after a severe hail storm that caused roof damage. He said he believed it would take a day, no longer than two days, to fully replace the roof (shingles, flashing and carpentry to fix any damaged wood). From 8 am to 6 pm, a good sized crew was able to complete all the work in a single day. Brad also installed a ridge vent that I requested so I wouldn't have to worry about the fan in the future.All of my experiences with Brad's company have always been positive and his prices have been competitive. “Highly recommend Alan and CasGo roofing. Had my cedar shake roof replaced with architectural shingles. Pricing was very reasonable and great communication from the estimate to completion. 1. Timing: They scheduled the roof replacement balancing both speed and the right temperatures. When the right temperature presented itself, the team completed most of the work within 3 days - very efficient!
