joan replaced our roof in july. full tearoff, replaced a couple soft spots in the decking they found once the old shingles were off, then new underlayment and architectural shingles. ridge cap looks clean, chimney flashing is tight, pipe boots are new. they installed proper drip edge along the gutters which the original roof apparently never had. roof looks like a different house from the street now
