Excellent experience having a small but complex roof leak fixed. Was among the only contractors that could figure out the problem and correctly communicate it. But his proposed work to fix it was both more thorough and much less expensive than the other couple people who were able to figure it out. I'm very happy and know who I will be calling for any future exterior upgrades or repairs. Thanks Fernando!
