They explained to us what they did and why we needed additional services for example the jet cleaning. The prices are not as high as other companies and can finance a project. Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. He came back the next day with bigger equipment and was able to clear it up. “Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. That may seem like something small to some, but it was a big deal to me. How did this happen? My drain totally stopped draining and I was stuck with standing water in the tub. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. “I called Stephens Plumbing and Heating after I was told by another company (that I have a service plan with for many years) that I needed a new HVAC unit ASAP. They quoted me around $15K, and when the tech left, he asked how soon I would be doing this. I called this group for a 2nd opinion, and the tech, David, said while I do need a new unit at some point, he eased my mind there were no safety concerns, like the tech from the other group said, and fixed a small part rather than replacing the whole unit. So $300 versus $15K? I'll call Stephens every time.“
