He took the time to understand our dog’s unique needs and taught us effective hand signals and communication techniques that have made such a difference. Our dog is more confident, responsive, and happy, and we feel so much more connected because of everything we’ve learned.

The entire staff is incredible. From John, who always starts the mornings with a friendly smile, to Tina, who was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, everyone has been amazing. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating with our work schedules, allowing us to drop our dog off early and pick them up later when needed. That flexibility made the entire experience so much easier and completely stress-free.

“This is the BEST dog grooming place I’ve been to! Liz (my dog Tank’s groomer) is INCREDIBLE. She is the only groomer that Tank felt comfortable with. I was fully expecting to pay extra because he usually gives groomers a hard time, but they said he was an angel🥹 Liz always does such an incredible job and I’d be devastated if she ever left!

The owner is also so kind and caring - spent 30 min on the phone with me when I inquired about enrichment during grooming and after discussing, she recommended other options for my dog’s behavior/resource guarding… they actually care and aren’t there to add on unnecessary services just to make money. This place is WELL worth the money and I highly recommend to everyone to give them a try!“

“A relative gave me a dog that they could no longer care for, and I wanted to give her a fresh start in my home, including some grooming care. I let the groomers know about a small rash she had and some matting, and they asked me to bring her in so they could assess her. They took care of everything, and she came back happy, smelling great, and with soft fur. I love the personal attention here and will definitely be back instead of going to a big box store.“

“We just had our dog's teeth cleaned, and any procedure is more stressful to me than it is our dog! Aside from the clean facilities and promptness of our appointments, I really appreciated the constant communication by text before, during, and after her procedure. They were very accommodating with pick up schedules. We also had contact with the vet tech and the doc before and after the procedure. In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. I can't say my dog is less nervous, but I am!“

“Chrissy was an absolute godsend for our cat, we can't thank her enough! My nearly 12 year old long haired cat Harvey Milk has diabetes and is toothless, so this past year his grooming has severely gone downhill and we just couldn't keep up with his needs and needed help. He had never been groomed, never even had a bath. He got a nice teddy bear cut and it has made a noticeable difference in his attitude! You can tell he is so much more comfortable. He is less restless, he picks less fights with his sisters, even his blood glucose numbers are better! And to top it all off, I brought him in on the wrong WEEK (right day and time, just wrong week) and she was still able to make it work so that we didn't have to subject him to another car ride. She was also very knowledgeable about his diabetes and his glucose monitor, which was a big relief. We will be bringing him back for regular grooms for the rest of his life!“
