“I'm here to offer kudos despite some of the same issues others noted here. We got water heater service within days of our first call. They quickly and fully addressed a minor billing issue. And things went well for a month or two until the water heater failed again. There was a weekend and other scheduling drama; we had to wait five days for service. But, when the help DID come, it was thorough and effective. And there was no charge. This is a small shop. And, like with any small shop, life sometimes interrupts business.
