We had to call Goodberlet this weekend because our air conditioning wasn't working. They were very helpful and prompt. Came out at first and air was working when they got here. Was told if it did it again, to just call and they would be back out. Unfortunately, it did stop working after about and hour and a half and when we called back, they were very helpful and contacted Jason, our serviceman from the first visit and he was able to come right back out after finishing a service call that he was on.
