A week later our AC was installed. John and his team member worked over 12 hours non-stop on a complex and laborous installation involving a shallow and hot attic. He added additional equipment components, at no extra expense, to make our maintenance easier. John also took the time to review our entire water supply system of well to boiler, showing me shut off valves and various components and actions to take in emergencies or for maintenance.
