Zach went over everything he did for us and answered all of our questions. After Zach left and I discovered a more urgent problem with an upstairs toilet, Bradbury sent Zach back as soon as he was available to solve our plumbing issue. We were able to turn the water back on.”

And things went well for a month or two until the water heater failed again. There was a weekend and other scheduling drama; we had to wait five days for service. But, when the help DID come, it was thorough and effective. And there was no charge. This is a small shop. And, like with any small shop, life sometimes interrupts business.
