“If I could give Tim and Pedro more than 5 stars I would. I had been working with American Vintage on a sewer issue that backed up into my garage and drive way. I have been doing business with for a long time so I had faith in them. We had been working on the issue for 2 weeks trying to fix the problem. Over that period of time they rodded 2x and water jetted 1x and camera scoped each time. They could not get the sewer to flow. I also had been working with the City of Evanston to ensure the main line was ok, which it was . The last camera scope they took on Thur was the same, they could not see anything because there was too much water and they could not tell what the blockage was. They said they had to executive because they believed the lateral was partially detached from the City main line. This was on last Thurs and I was waiting for a quote to dig up everything to repair the damage. I spoke with The City of Evanston to get their input and they stated from there last video inspection of the main system back in 2020 they saw sand and a very large blockage but they could not tell which customer lateral that was. I proceed to contact other companies to obtain a quote and I ran into Drains, Inc. Tim listened to my story and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what was done or not done. We decided on him coming out to rod, jet and scope the sewer line. If he could not do it then he would give me a quote to dig up the system. Needless to say they did it! It took a while with using the rodder only with different head sized and digging in and pulling out many times. They found a massive root ball at the end and they discovered another clean out that was put in at some point in time not by me. We had water following. The basin drop 2' with a big gush. I have never been so happy to see sewer move along. Tim is great. He knows what he is doing. He is fair and his pricing is in line with the industry. If you are in doubt do not be. He has so many good reviews because he is that good. Thank you Tim and Pedro you guys rock.“
“Didn't know if I wanted to replace my stove with gas or electric. My original appliances were hardwired. Black Diamond 1st sent a plumber. Gas line was going to be too much work. Within 20 minutes had a Electrician at my house. I live in Marengo. Everything is a haul. ***** understood my need to have the work done asap. ***** had his schedule adjusted to do the job the same day. The work is excellent. The personality of ***** and *** the plumber were outstanding. I cant say enough of how grateful I am that I chose Black Diamond.“

“I needed to get my clean out pipe rodded as I didn't get it done in a few years and I hit up Reiche Plumbing based on a recommendation from my neighbor. So I gave them a call and made an appointment. They gave me a few times as to when they could come do my service but I told them that I will not be home unfortunately. This was NOT a problem for them as I didn't need to be home to perform the service. I spoke with Ryan and he said they could perform the service and put the invoice in my mailbox and I could send in a check afterwards. SWEET!I'd like to say that their pricing was the best out of all the plumbers I've used in the area.The day of the service came and they came right on time and performed the service and on the invoice wrote exactly what they performed and detailed their findings as they in fact found roots in my pipe!Overall I was extremely pleased with Reiche Plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future for my future plumbing needs. “I noticed Aqua Doctors new and bright signage across the street from the Long Lake train station a couple weeks back. I’ve used a couple plumbers in the area in the past but I called Aqua Doctor instead and very happy that I did! I called on a Monday and a very nice lady answered the phone and got me set up with an estimate appointment on Wednesday. Uncle Bob arrived on time with his helper Marek. Uncle Bob took his shoes off upon entering my house and his pricing to replace my 7 year old sump pump was extremely competitive. He was neat and placed a bag on my floor so no debris would dirty my floor. He was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He even went out back to check on where the sump line exists my house to ensure everything looked okay. I’ve never had a plumber do that before. If you need a plumber these are a the folks to call! Very impressed.“
